Athlete training at Old School Boxing before recovery in the Phoenix Recovery Corner

Cold plunge · Sauna · Phoenix

RECOVER.
RESET.
GO AGAIN.

Hard training only works when recovery is part of the plan. The Old School Recovery Corner gives members and Phoenix athletes access to cold and heat in the same place they put in the work.

Recovery for the work ahead

TWO TOOLS.
ONE CORNER.

Use the Recovery Corner as part of a consistent training routine—not as a shortcut. Cold exposure and sauna sessions can support relaxation, circulation, post-training recovery and readiness when used responsibly and paired with sleep, hydration and smart programming.

PUT RECOVERY
ON THE SCHEDULE.

Post-Training Reset

Create a consistent recovery ritual after difficult boxing, strength and conditioning sessions.

Relax & Unwind

Step away from the noise, slow down and give your body time to transition after training.

Stay Consistent

Recovery habits can help athletes manage demanding schedules and return ready for the next session.

SAFETY
COMES FIRST.

Start Conservatively

Shorter exposure is the right starting point. Follow posted limits and staff instructions for both cold plunge and sauna use.

Hydrate

Arrive hydrated, replace fluids after training and sauna use, and never treat heavy sweating as a substitute for healthy weight management.

Never Train Through Symptoms

Exit immediately if you feel dizzy, faint, confused, unusually short of breath, numb or unwell.

Ask Your Medical Professional

People with cardiovascular conditions, blood-pressure concerns, pregnancy or other medical considerations should obtain medical guidance before use.
